Why this programme

You're the domain expert.
Now be the agent expert.

  1. 01
    The gap

Clients are turning to you as their agentic consultant. The build and sell expertise is the gap.

  2. 02
    The complexity

White-label, joint GTM, pricing models, long cycles. Selling agentic to enterprises is hard - this is the playbook.

  3. 03
    The craft

Long cycles, multiple stakeholders, no clear playbook. This programme converts enterprise GTM into a craft you repeat.

01

Build agents.

What an agent is, the enterprise AI stack, and building working prototypes in Studio and Architect.

02

Sell agentic solutions.

The use cases that win, the value frames that land, and how to position an agent to a buyer.

03

Close enterprise deals.

Map the decision maker, champion, and budget; run the GTM; handle objections — with a repeatable playbook.

04

Curriculum & Schedule

Landscape, Use Cases, and Build
Foundations

What an Agent Is: Concepts, Terminology, and the Build Stack

  • What an agent actually is: A precise, jargon-free definition - and the difference between a chatbot, an automation, a copilot, and an agent. Why the distinction matters in a client conversation.
  • The components inside every agent: Instructions, tools, memory, guardrails, and the human-in-the-loop - what each one does and how they fit together.
  • The platforms you can build on: Orchestration frameworks, agent platforms, model APIs, and the tools enterprises are actively evaluating - who the players are, where each fits in the stack, and how to talk about them in a client conversation.
  • How agents talk to each other and to existing systems: Multi-agent patterns, tool integrations, interoperability protocols - what's possible today and what it changes about enterprise architecture.
  • The vocabulary that unlocks every other session: Skills, LLM context, function calling, RAG, grounding, RBAC, audit logging - the terms you will hear repeatedly, explained once so they never slow you down again.
Why this session
Everything else in the programme assumes this vocabulary. Get it right here and every other session - build, sell, and expert - moves faster.

What you'll walk away with

Six things you take into your next enterprise conversation

Tangible outputs from two weeks of building and selling - not slides, not theory. A working prototype, a pitch deck, battle cards, objection playbook, and the GTM playbook to take it all into your next enterprise conversation.

01

Working agent prototype

An agent you built yourself in Lyzr Studio and Architect - scoped, demoable, and ready to show a client.

02

Battle card for enterprise agentic deals

A structured one-pager mapping your ICP, value frame, objections by stakeholder, and the answers that move deals forward.

03

Enterprise pitch deck

A client-facing deck you build during the programme - positioning the agentic solution, the value frame, the commercial case, and the next step.

04

Objection-handling playbook

Every objection mapped by stakeholder - IT, procurement, legal, finance, security - with the answer that keeps the deal moving.

05

Use-case prioritization framework

A practical lens for identifying which enterprise workflow is the right first agent build and how to scope a Phase 0.

06

Enterprise GTM playbook

A deal-motion reference covering stakeholder mapping, first-conversation structure, and how to progress an agentic engagement through IT, legal, and procurement to a signed deal.
